Sharpening the Edge
Edge - Call to Action

Description

Great performers are often promoted into leadership roles without formal training.  As a result, businesses assume unnecessary risk which can negatively impact emerging talent, confuse team members, and possibly hurt overall performance.  That is because the skills for being a "Most Valuable Player" and a great "Coach" are not the same.

The Sharpening the Edge Program minimizes this risk by providing essential leadership training for all first line supervisors and mid-level managers.  Participants learn how to maximize team performance and accelerate individual development through skilled coaching.
